Fund Lab Africa provides fundability assessment, startup consulting, and fundraising advisory services to African founders. Our services include one-on-one sessions and cohort-based programs as described on our website.
All services are delivered on a professional consulting basis. We provide frameworks, guidance, and structured action plans — we do not guarantee specific funding outcomes.
Our services are designed to improve your startup's readiness for investment. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that you will receive funding, investment, or any specific financial outcome. Fundability is one factor in a complex investment landscape, and final decisions rest with investors and financial institutions.
Services are booked through our booking form. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking:
Payments are due before or at the time of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the session fee at our discretion. Refunds for cohort programs are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All materials provided during our sessions — including frameworks, templates, slide decks, and assessments — are the intellectual property of Fund Lab Africa unless otherwise stated. You may use them for your internal business purposes but may not distribute, reproduce, or resell them without our express written permission.
We treat all information shared during our sessions as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, financial data, or strategic plans to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
By engaging our services, you agree not to hold us liable for any confidential information shared during sessions. You retain full ownership of your business data and intellectual property.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Nigeria.
